Many times I use Google translator to do so, but that is very limited and need to access internet. Later I got to know about a more Google product named "Google Input Tools". This tool allow you to type or write in many languages (around 80 languages), irrespective of whatever your keyboard is. The best part of this tool is that you can use Phonetic input or Keyboard input for your language. It is available for Google services, Chrome web browser, Android devices and Windows.
