How to add images in your Gmail Signature?

Sometimes we want to make our Gmail signature more graphical, or want to add any image or bar code. But it is not simple as it look.

In gmail there is option to add Images via Web URL in signature. Now to add any image first you need to get a Web URL for that image. For this you can use any photo-sharing site, like Picasa, Photobucket, etc. Here I am using Picasa to tell you detail steps for this.

  1. Go to picasa and login in your gmail account.
  2. Upload image to picasa, make it public. Do not make it private or put any restriction.
  3. Now click on the image, it will open.
  4. Now right click on it and choose the "Copy image URL". (Do not use "Link to this photo", this will not work)
  5. Now use that URL to add image in your Gmail Signature.
The copied URL should be like this
"https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibSeHhWTW-zhyd5v2ekk7f70OrNhSaGUHzTF5QuWXUKY4JLFM9MihEXaLC5tUwRRcH8Zf7Cl8QQMFOpuNwkprLv-5jRLMrtCfI2O58SIjfrNAWW7CptKarnDtPFmZHgMdHkWNjJQs4gc17/s200/QR%2520Code%2520email%2520and%2520Web.png";
not like this "https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/__0qs9ryoBFmbjIZ99zwK9MTjNZETYmyPJy0liipFm0?feat=directlink"

In Gmail go to to setting > General; here you will find the Signature option.

Here use RED Circle option to add image in your signature.
Use copied URL here, and that's it.

I hope you will enjoy it.
