But what about net surfing.

Think again, if no then you are at right place. Its a not a new thing to filter ads while browsing, but peoples are still unaware and don't use it.
If you are using Firefox and/or Chrome web browser then there is a very good add-on named "Ad Block Plus" can be used for filtering ads in web pages. It blocked 99 % of ads, and best part this is free.
You need to just go on specific page and install addon -

In case of Firefox you have to manually subscribe to filters. I shown that thing in video.

NOTE : Sometimes it blocks some useful things also. If you feel that there is something missing then disable it and refresh the page. You can also see what things it is blocking and if you want then create white-list rule or report it so that it will not block it in future.
